Hi, I’m Hina, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and qualified EMDR practitioner based in the Midlands, UK.
I know that reaching out for support can sometimes feel daunting, and I aim to offer a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
Alongside my professional role, I’m also a working mum of two. This has deepened my appreciation of the many pressures and responsibilities people carry, and how easily emotional wellbeing can be pushed aside while caring for others and managing daily life.
I have over 14 years of experience working in mental health, supporting adults in a range of settings including NHS talking therapies, specialist perinatal mental health services, education, and private healthcare. This experience has shown me that everyone’s story is unique, and therapy should reflect that.
I tailor my approach to you as an individual, combining evidence-based methods with warmth, compassion, and flexibility.
I am trained in both CBT and EMDR, and I work collaboratively with you to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is gentle, non-judgemental, and practical.
